What do I do if my package arrived damaged?
We are not liable for any damaged packages once it's left our facility. Firstly, contact the shipping company and they will guide you through the process of submitting a claim. Please contact us once you have done this.
I live outside of Canada, what should I expect?
All orders located outside of Canada are subject to Duties & Taxes. We do not know whether you will be charged or not, nor do we know/determine the amount you will be charged. Importing policies are determined by the recipients governing body. We are not liable for packages that are put on hold or delayed due to clearance procedures.
How long does it take for my order to ship out?
We ship orders out Monday and Thursday. All orders made on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. These times are subject to change during holidays which we will update our website accordingly. Our processing time is 24-48 hours Monday-Thursday, which does not include the shipping time.
What do I do if I sent my package to the wrong address?
Once your package has shipped, we cannot change the original address due to privacy policies. You can change your address through the online tracking website of the shipping company. If you do not have this option, give the shipping company a call and they will further assist you.
What do I do if my package says it has been delivered but I did not receive it?
We are not liable for misplaced packages once they have left our facility. First, check your surrounding area. If you still cannot find your package, call the shipping company about your missing package and they will guide you through the process of making a claim for your package. Lastly, please email us about your missing package and we will also get in touch with the shipping company.
