We are getting a lot of emails about arrival of orders. All orders were shipped through Canada post. Many through letter mail, which does not include tracking (unless selected which was an extra add on) as was stated on the website when this promo was active. According to Canada post international mail takes 7 days but due to Covid the estimated time of arrival is not guaranteed. According to a Canada Post advisor, shipping is about 2-3 weeks to the United Kingdom.
We are no longer shipping through Canada post because of this we are only shipping through UPS to make sure that all of your orders arrive in a timely matter.
