FAQs and Shipping policy
Our orders are processed within 24 hours (under normal situations). Packages are shipped out from Monday-Friday. All of our packages are transited through UPS or DHL (as of April 20th, 2021). Our shipping options may vary between 2-8 business days. Please be aware that we are not to be held liable for any damaged items. All concerns related to damaged items should be directed to the shipping company as each package is insured with them. A signature upon delivery may not be requested according to covid-19 protocols.
Shipments can be delayed due to unexpected conditions such as weather.
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply upon delivery. Failure to pay for duties and taxes may result in the package being returned to the sender.
Where is my package?
All your tracking numbers are sent via email. If you did not receive an email, please make sure that you have entered the right email. If you did not select express shipping, your order will not have a tracking number.
You can easily track your package through the tracking number and be rest assured of swift delivery.

There are taxes and duties on my order.
ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO CUSTOMS AND DUTIES WHICH IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY. THEREFORE IT IS THE RECIPIENTS RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR ANY EXTRA COSTS DETERMINED BY THE COMPANY AND/OR SHIPPING COMPANY.
I don’t have a tracking number. How do I know where my package is?
All packages without tracking numbers do not have an estimated shipping date and may have delayed reaching you. We cannot provide you with details on where your order is if you don’t have your tracking number. If you would like to receive tracking on your order, please select our other shipping options (preferably express one). All other concerns should be directed to the shipping company.
What if my package is lost?
Please make sure that the address you entered for your order is correct. If incorrect, please contact the shipping company. We are not liable for any mistakes made by the shipping company.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
We are not liable for damaged products. We carefully package our items so that it is secure enough for traveling. For any further inquiries about this please contact the shipping company.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
You may edit or cancel your order if it has not been processed and packaged. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any inquiries.
What happens if I fail to pay the duties and taxes on my package?
Packages that are unable to be delivered due to failure of tax/duty payments will be sent back to the sender (Sculpted Inc). Shipping fees incurred by the return will be at the cost of the customer, which will be deducted from their payment of the purchased goods, and will be refunded the rest of their order once the sender (Sculpted Inc), has received the package(s) safely.
Any customs, tax fees, or regulations that may apply are your responsibility. Please consult with your local customs office for any questions regarding your package customs. Customs are incurred to ensure that packages enter your country legally, as such it is your responsibility to abide by your local customs laws. By agreeing to purchase from Sculpted Inc. you agree to these terms.
Returns and Refunds
We are currently not accepting any returns or refunds at this time. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
If your order was cancelled and you are not sure why please contact Sculpted Inc through our Contact Us Page. There are a number or reasons as to why this may have occurred. High fraudulent activity on an order will be immediately cancelled and refunded for the protection of our customers. The process of confirming the order may involve a number of security questions that may be asked.
